The skirt is black velvet with an elastic waistband, and is fully lined. The jacket is a festive red, green, and black knit with faux chest and hip pockets with gold buttons. It is trimmed in black velvet, and has a single hook closure at the top. This suit was union made by the ILWGU in the USA. The suit is in excellent
