50's White Lace Veiled Clip Half Hat 1980s 1970s 1960s 1990’s high waist blue jeansClip hat with velvet covered wire edges. Layers of white lace cover the white net base topped with a thick white veiling and a center small velvet bow. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 13 inches, front to back is 9 inches. No label. A bright white with no yellowing or stains. The only issue is the staples on the inside sides have darkened. They do not show through.
