Highland Schotse dirk, semi-scherp Huisdecoratie when the spear was thrownA beautiful early traditional Scottish dirk by Windlass Steelcrafts, including scabbard. The shape of the Scottish dirk comes from the medieval bollock dagger. The blade of a Scottish dirk was single edged, and meant to be used beside a shield and sword, beside a claymore, or as a weapon on its own. The wooden grip is decorated with a chevron, this motif is based on an original Scottish dirk. The semi sharp blade is made of tempered 1085 carbon steel
