Der Vieille Reserve besteht aus folgenden Jahrgngen: 1965 (10%), 1970 1975 (40%) und 1978 1979 (50%). Er reifte also fr mindestens 43 Jahre in einem Eichenfass und wurde 2023 (10 2023) in Fassstrke mit 45. 00% abgefllt. Fr die Destillation wurde eine Alambic Charentais (Pot Still) verwendet.
