Porites sp. 'Yellow' Korallendip Flexibilität dank MagnethalterPorites corals Porites are rather unknown among the SPS corals. They grow in branches or crust like forms. The beautifully lined up polyps are particularly attractive, their color sometimes contrasting with the underlying tissue. They are not quite as demanding as Acropora , but require at least as much light. Therefore, position Porites in the upper part of your reef structure and leave enough space for other, especially stinging, corals.
