AROMA & TASTE: In terms of smell, the gin starts with the distinct sweetness of candied citrus fruits, slightly spicy sharpness and hints of pine wood. The citrus fruits are repeated on the tongue with oranges, limes and grapefruit, accompanied by floral juniper and spices.
