Nautilus Estate Pinot Gris 2025 Size::1 Bottle Aromas of citrus blossom

Aromas of citrus blossom

There is enough stuffing and powdery tannin to justify cellaring for at least 3-5 years

It's rich and layered but also floral and bright and throws a complex array of aromas and flavours at the drinker - from tangerine and pink grapefruit through to jasmine and nettle

it has lifted aromas of rich dark fruits

leaving the fruit to express itself as naturally and eloquently as possible

Nautilus Estate Pinot Gris 2025 Size::1 Bottle Aromas of citrus blossomThe 2025 Nautilus Pinot Gris is a pale gold wine with lifted aromatics of fresh pear and orange blossom, layered with subtle notes of fresh ginger and baking spice. The palate is generous and finely textured, offering flavours of ripe stonefruit, citrus peel, and a hint of almond. Bright acidity brings freshness and drive, while time on lees adds weight and a silky finish.
