Palladino, Barolo Parafada, 2013 msk_archive with darker fruit notes andParafada is one of Serralunga d'Alba's most envied vineyard sitesideally exposed and sheltered, farmed to average vine age of 25 years. Palladino's traditional approach vinifies 100% Nebbiolo exclusively in large barrels with long, temperature controlled fermentation. The 2013 shows underbrush, herb, and violet with ripe black cherry, velvety tannins, and the depth that distinguishes Barolo from this prestigious terroir.
