Montersino and Cottà

there’s flourish

planted in 1918

This will match beautifully with anything you could think of pairing with traditional Bordeaux (we prefer lamb chops)

Aromas of cassis

Jean-Marc Bouley Volnay Clos de la Cave 2017 hickinbotham-clarendon Montersino and CottàThese vines grow on steeply sloping land, running uphill from the Bouley winery. Soils are deep and rich in small stones, ensuring good drainage. 50% whole cluster bunches went into the vat during fermentation, and have contributed to its warm, ripe aromas. Palate shows lively, bright fruitiness, complex yet pure, with gentle tannins and elegant aftertaste (for drinking 2020 2027+).
