Quinta de Santiago 'Sou' Alvarinho, 2019 california red fresh herbs and minerals100% Alvarinho, this wine shows as a long lost and deliciously provocative cousin to some of the most seriously delicious and special White Burgundy I've tasted. This wine remains so fresh and powerful as it continues to age gracefully in the bottle. To be enjoyed with a special supper of grilled prawns or a marinated pork chop indulge!
