Mitchell McNicol Riesling 2012 Size::6 Bottle Case the grapes are gently pressed

the grapes are gently pressed and left to settle prior to a carefully controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats

textural dream of a wine

we suggest a further 5 years ageing

though it’s a more racy iteration of this wine for sure

Mitchell McNicol Riesling 2012 Size::6 Bottle Case the grapes are gently pressedClare Valley, South Australia. "What a great Riesling this is. It is starting to show some wonderful aged Riesling character of hot buttered toast together with lime citrus and floral aromas. Superbly focused, refined and soft yet fresh in the mouth, it has great line, length and balance. Utterly delicious"
