Domaine Olivier Merlin Pouilly-Fuissé 2021 mouraton Intense and velvety on theOlivier Merlin makes some of the best white wines in the Maconnais, which is another way of saying that his wines offer some of the best values in White Burgundy. He focuses on freshness rather than big fruit or oak flavors. In a warm area like Pouilly Fuisse, that translates to wines that are rich and ripe but still crisp and vibrant. Tastes like: Ripe peach, smoke, biscuits. How to drink: Ideal with roast chicken or butter poached lobster.
