Intense herbal and floral elements reminiscent of wattle flowers dominate with nuances of perfumed blackcurrants

The wine fermented retaining the whole cluster and once pressed is then transferred to neutral barrels for the winter

split between the grand cru of Aÿ and 1er cru of Mareuil-sur Aÿ

Juniper Botrytis Riesling 375ml mâcon-fuissé " - 03/22 DCAMWGolden straw in colour. The nose has a floral citrus blossom lift with fruit characters of lemon, lime, grapefruit, apple, pear & quince, complemented by suggestions of marmalade, caramel & cinnamon. The palate is silky smooth, succulent, featuring flavours of glazed pear & citrus with a light, delicate, refreshing, mouth watering finish. Sublime with lemon meringue pie.
