Following a gentle maceration the wine is transferred into French Oak barrels where it undergoes maturation for a period of 12 months

Made from 40-60 yo vines with about 80% Mourvedre together with 10% Grenache and a dash of both Carignan and Cinsault

rich and filled with spiced plum fruit

with enveloping tannins and a long fruity aftertaste
