Description

The clay and limestone soils further emphasise the freshness and acidity

The soils are red clay/limestone with layers of gypsum

making them among the highest in Europe

almost creamy substance

generous mouthfeel and smooth tannin

Viviani Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOC 2018 Size::1 Bottle The clay and limestone soilsA big, full bodied red which, in spite of its intensity and concentration, is unexpectedly elegant. It reveals the typical scents of grapes harvested at high altitude, with its hints of aromatic herbs and wild flowers. On the palate it is dry, and displays considerable structure and power.
