This is a classic Alsatian blend of Pinot Blanc with some Auxerrois, sourced from older vines, hand harvested, whole bunch pressed and fermented with native yeasts. It's the workhorse white of Alsace: easygoing, gently fruity, and endlessly food friendly, with just enough acidity to keep it lively.
