Dönnhoff ‘Pouri’ Sauvignon Blanc 2021 Size::1 Bottle Alcoholic fermentation is realized withFocused on an Old World style of Sauvignon blanc, the Pouri was created with the idea of showing the texture and complexity of the variety. The resulting wine is less fruit forward but instead explores the interaction of Sauvignon blanc and Oak barrels, more savoury and dark this wine is all about texture and mouthfeel. Best enjoyed with food, this wine can be cellared or decanted when young. Cornelius Dnnhoff
