Bachelet-Monnot Bourgogne Blanc 2021 jura it is fun and makesAt first, the Bachelet Monnot, Bourgogne Blanc has a fruity attack but it refines and refocuses as it dances across your palate with a long, tapering, Puligny esque finish. Bourgogne from the Puligny commune that very much tastes like it; refined, yellow fruits turning to citrus rind and minerals on a fine finish. Very sophisticated and attractive Bourgogne.
