Harewood Cabernet-Merlot 2021 languedoc-roussillon All of the fruit forThe wine displays a dense, inky red with some youthful purple hues on release. A complex, perfumed and spicy nose of blackcurrant, mint and tobacco leads to a full, seamless and textured palate of blackberry, plums and spicy vanillin French oak, complemented by a long finish of chocolate mint, raspberry and fine tannins. This wine goes well with beef, pasta, lamb, game and poultry.
