Dos Maderas 5 yrs + 3 yrs 37.5% 700ml cantine-garrone but reduced the potential cropThis rum is first aged for 5 years in American oak casks at its place of origin in the Caribbean (Guyana and Barbados). Then it is shipped to Williams & Humberts installations in Jerez (Spain), where the rum is aged for another 3 years in casks that have previously held the internationally renowned Dos Cortados palo cortado sherry (aged for 20 years, as certified by the Jerez Xrs Sherry Regulatory Council).
