Laherte Frères Champagne Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature, N/V fafresh beef tenderloinThis wine is classically 100% Chardonnay. Lip smackingly zingy and interesting aromatics of citrus zest and toasted nuts. This wine's palate is driven by its chalky calcareous soil and is minerally, laser sharp, and very refreshing. We would enjoy this with a chicken caesar salad don't skip the anchovies!
