This spirit undergoes oxygenation, is chilled to 4 degrees Celsius, and then undergoes filtration through activated carbon filters before bottling. It presents a light bodied, herbaceous profile with aromas of dried grass, pine, pepper, and a subtle smoky note. Slightly sweet on the palate, it offers flavors of melon, pepper, and mint.
