It was back in the 19th century when John Philip Wiser emigrated from New York to Ontario, Canada. There, J. P. Wiser was a cattle breeder and he started working at his uncles distillery in Ontario first to provide high quality grains for the animals. In 1857, he became the distillery's manager and bought his uncle out. Besides being one of the first to
