Aroma: Immediate aromas of crisp green apple and zesty lemon blend with nutty nougat, fresh almond, and warm brioche toast. Palate: Full, round, and incredibly clean. It features a firm, very dry finish with a distinct chalky minerality that cuts through food beautifully.
