AdamsWein, Spatburgunder Heerweg (1er Cru), 2023 Freisa and Friends Use it in a BlackThis is Pinot Noir (Spatburgunder) from Heerweg, a west facing, limestone rich site in Ingelheim classified at the 1er Cru level, and it is Simone Adams's flagship red. She farms biodynamically in northern Rheinhessen and ferments with whole clusters, chasing perfume and precision over power. Bottled with minimal intervention, it shows the transparency and grip that make top German Pinot so compelling.
