this will relax with bottle-age into something remarkable

The particular mineral component of Bussia’s terroir gives the wine a great structure
A highly concentrated wine
This wine has lovely youthful and vibrant cherry and spicy aromas and flavours leading to a bright medium bodied structure with silky tannins medium length and persistent natural acidity
Vietti Barolo Ravera 3L 2019 Size::1 Bottle this will relax with bottle-ageAppearance Intense garnet red colour. Aroma The nose, while stark to begin with, reveals complex floral notes that emerge after a few minutes in the glass. Striking notes include red fruit, chalk and white pepper. Palate It is fine on the palate, with hints of ripe red berries. The taught, compact tannins make this a very classic wine. The acidity is vibrant and vertical. Very elegant and refined. We recommend decanting a few hours before serving.
