Aligot expresses fresher orchard fruit notes, like yellow peach and nectarine, than its big brother Chardonnay. Although unable to reach the depth and complexity that certain Chardonnay can, Aligot is still enjoyed at the local bistro or the Michelin star restaurant all the same. This bottling from Paul Pillot shows all the great mouthwatering freshness Aligot has to offer, but with a
