MDI Grillo angoris-villa-locatelli Once completed the alcoholic fermentationMDI is a small winemaking project, based in Mildura, that focuses on quirky, modern interpretations of classic Italian varieties. Their Grillo (a Sicilian white grape, known for it's fuller body and floral, herbaceous aroma), is a perfectly executed skin contact wine with layers of tangy citrus, white florals and a touch of nuttiness and oxidised apple. It's fun, a little funky and extremely drinkable.
