But with 7. 6 g L of residual sugar, it is equally as bright and mineral, as it is textured and deep. Legras & Haas is family owned winery in Chouilly, a Grand Cru village in Cte des Blancs, just south of Epernay, Champagne. Pair it with baked clams, smoked chicken wings, or pan seared maitake mushrooms over lentils.
