just-baked bread
finishing just a tad grippy
rich tannins and great potential
Full-bodied with very firm and tight tannins
which are utterly delicious too
Failla Seven Springs Vineyard Pinot Noir 2021 Tenuta San Francesco just-baked breadAromatically the wine has notes of bramble, tart blackberry, cigar box, Asian spice, and black tea compliment a balanced tannin structure. This wine will age in a cellar for years to come. On the palate, there is a hint of riper fruit flavors, as well as restrained tannins that showcase just how cellar worthy this bottle is.
