The palate is full bodied with earthy, vibrant, oily, smoky flavours with notes of char, white pepper, beeswax, sappy agave, and rubber. The finish is medium long. Quiquiriqui Mezcals are all Single Estate (Palenque) handcrafted spirits produced in Mexico.
