St. Agrestis Amaro Sugar Cane and Red Rice This wine is made fromAmaro, made in Brooklyn! Company founded by two sommeliers who, while travelling through Italy, discovered such a passion for the classic Italian digestivo that they decided to start crafting their own. Base spirit is distilled in house from cane sugar. Gentian, Angelica, Orris Root, Cape Aloe, Cardamom, Coriander, et al. All botanicals macerated separately for 2 weeks before blending. Small amount of sugar and organic color added. Aged in Van Brunt
