Try it in a gin and tonic garnished with red apple slices to pull out the apple notes
classic bourbon profile with caramel and vanilla sweetness backed by rich oak and a slight nuttiness
and after several decades of exclusively producing beer
hold off on adding sugar if you're mixing with this beyond a Tom Collins
yet refined enough to enjoy neat or with a splash of water for those who appreciate fuller-proof bourbon character
St George Dry Rye Reposado Gin Koval Dry Gin Try it in a ginA limited release, barrel aged version of St. George's Dry Rye Gin. A rest in French and American oak wine casks that held Grenache ros, Syrah, and Tannat gives this gin a lovely coppery pink hue and deep, rich flavors of saffron, caraway, coriander jam, peppercorns, juniper, rye and fruit jelly accompanying pepper heat. It's bigger than the sum of its parts: there's an almost amaro like quality to it. A truly extraordinary barrel rested gin.
