These kits allow installation of up to four additional shock absorbers on the rear suspension. The new shock mounting points are not compatible with the stock shock mounts, so new upper mounts will have to be fabricated. The swing axle shock mount kit is intended for custom applications such as dune buggies, sand rails, etc.
