2021 | Torres Varietat Recuperada No 32 Pirene | Penedes Poggiotondo Wines orange peel and green coffeeThis literal one of a kind wine from Catalunya has aromas of cassis, smoke, jasmine and a touch of dried Mediterranean herbs. It is full textured in the mouth, with plush tannins and flavors of Luxardo cherry, three berry pie, lavender, pencil lead and crumbled sage. A soft smoky note carries into the enduring finish.
