2021 | XOBC 'BC' Cabernet Sauvignon | Horse Heaven Hills Palette At the risk of sounding

2021 | XOBC 'BC' Cabernet Sauvignon | Horse Heaven Hills Palette At the risk of soundingAromas of crme de cassis, violets, and graphite burst from the glass. Fifteen months of barrel aging occurs in lightly toasted French puncheons, allowing this spectacular fruit to be enhanced by our gentle and balanced use of oak.
